Within each job title, an employee can be created depending on what type of employee you’d like to create (Regular Employee, Supervisor, Manager, Area Manager, HR). The cost of the software depends on the number of employees your business has, and the types of accounts needed. Regular Employee, Supervisor, Manager, Area Manager, HR, and Owner Account all have different costs. Please keep in mind that not all your employees need an account. LDS is a documentation system. Only employees who receive documentation need an account. Statistically, 4% to 20% of all employees in any given business receive disciplinary documentation. Businesses are billed for the allotted number of accounts.
